1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and cy999.app ("cy999," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the cy999 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and all associated features (collectively, the "Services").

• Single Account: Each player may hold only one active cy999 account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, current, and complete information during registration. cy999 is not liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the player.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cy999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.
• KYC Verification: cy999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (e.g., CNIC copy) at any stage. Withdrawal processing requires successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 days may result in account suspension.

3.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cy999 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly selected by the player. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). cy999 reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes following KYC approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• Withdrawal to Original Method: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to cy999's fraud prevention procedures.
• Transaction Limits: cy999 may impose daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits. Players may also set voluntary deposit limits through their account settings under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• No Third-Party Payments: Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. cy999 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to reverse such transactions.

4.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cy999 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and are subject to verification of eligibility at cy999's discretion.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.

5.Game Rules & Fairness

6.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cy999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen, unauthorised, or third-party financial instruments.

• Providing false or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions, cooling-off periods, or account closures via the creation of new accounts.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the cy999 platform or harms other players.

7.Intellectual Property

All content on the cy999 platform – including but not limited to the cy999 brand name, logo, website design, game assets, software, text, graphics, and promotional materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of cy999.app or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any cy999 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• cy999 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• cy999's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9.Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from cy999 services. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the selected period.

• KYC documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require cy999 to terminate the account.

Upon account closure, any pending withdrawal requests that are compliant with these Terms will be processed. Funds derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity may be forfeited.

11.Amendments to These Terms

cy999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the cy999 website no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by legal or regulatory mandate.
